The #1 challenge for tech companies today is recruiting top talent. This is even more of a challenge when you’re a growth stage company with limited to no employment brand. Top talent is passive talent and recruiting passive talent requires a different strategy than “posting and praying.”
BC Tech is excited to announce the launch of its Recruiter in Residence program, designed to help growth stage tech companies source and recruit passive talent on a global scale. If sourced talent is outside of Canada, BC Tech is also a recognized Immigration Referral Partner which can help expedite the process of getting key talent into the country.
Priority will be given to BC Tech member companies between 10-100 employees, though non-member companies can apply for support and the BC Tech team will review all applications and contact companies based on availability.
Companies have two options on how they can engage with the program.
- A free 60-minute, 1:1 consultation with a Recruiter
- A free 2-hour best practices hands-on workshop (maximum 16 attendees), the first session of which is on November 23rd from 3-5pm on the topic of Implementing a Bulletproof Interviewing Process for Tech Hires.
