Vancouver, BC – June 27, 2018: Vivonet Acquisition Ltd (Vivonet), an industry leader in cloud-based hospitality solutions, has announced that it has appointed Caroline Dunn to the role of President and CEO to lead the organization through its next phase of technology innovation and excellence in customer service. Ms. Dunn succeeds Alaa Pasha who recently announced his resignation from the organization to pursue other opportunities.
A seasoned technology executive, Ms. Dunn has been with Vivonet since 2013 as Chief Operating Officer, where she was responsible for all operational aspects of the company including customer service and support, finance, HR and legal. Caroline is an accomplished leader with a proven ability to deliver shareholder value through strategic growth in North America and Europe. Before joining Vivonet in 2013, she held strategic, operational and financial executive roles in disruptive technology sectors such as health informatics and mobile data solutions.
