This award acknowledges a company whose culture is fundamental to the success of their business, accelerating growth and profitability and deepening the positive impact they have on the ecosystem and community. Nominees in this category may be at any stage of lifecycle (startup, growth, scale, anchor).
Who Should Apply?
Nominees in this category must be:
- Selling a technology-related product, service, solution, system or platform
- In market and commercialized
- Able to demonstrate a clear link between culture, success and impact
The following criteria will be used to evaluate nominees:
- Awards Pitch (max. 250 words) – 20%
This award acknowledges a company whose culture is fundamental to the success of their business, accelerating growth and profitability and deepening the positive impact they have on the ecosystem and community. What are the 3 words you would use to describe your company culture?
- Details of your company’s culture (max. 500 words) – 30%
Tell us more about your culture. Describe what it is, how it was created and how it is reinforced. What are the key things every new recruit learns and every veteran truly values. What about your culture is unique or different to those of other companies?
- How your culture delivers results and success (max. 1000 words) – 50%
Describe how your unique company culture is ideally suited to the business you are in. How does it nurture encourage and develop key success factors? How does it drive better outcomes for your company, your customers, your investors your team members and your community? What about your culture story can inspire and encourage others? How did your company’s culture support your resilience in the past year?
Deadline to submit is April 15, 2021.
