How many employees currently work at your company?
Describe the culture at your company.
We celebrate our wins and have each other’s back. We understand that a team can only succeed if there is trust, and trust can only be gained when there is transparency. Details matter to us, our manufacturing efficiency and great product design are evidence of this. Perseverance and resilience is in our DNA, and so the #KeepGoing ethos is seen everywhere at Wiivv.
What does your team do to support/grow that culture?
We take the time to acknowledge achievements on a daily basis. Transparency starts by communicating the minute details of our go-forward strategy before rushing into execution with the whole team. We provide an open forum for new ideas through hack nights, brainstorms, and such. Products are rigorously tested and we take a scientific approach to everything – random guesses have no place here – so the product experience and product quality is always sound and based on facts. The #KeepGoing ethos is supported by the journey the team has endured – it’s one of resiliency. Telling that story over and over is what prepares us to flow through obstacles as they come.
When your employees talk about your company, what do they brag about?
Being able to work on a product and vision that indisputably makes peoples lives better. It’s not a gimmick and we hate BS.
