In this week’s Spotlight, we are featuring Maximizer, an organization dedicated to building great CRM systems for all types of companies. This global company has over 1.6 million licenses shipped to more than 120,000 businesses, and has offices in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. What does your leadership team (and company as a whole) do to support/grow the culture?

Our culture is derived from our Core Purpose: “To Help our Customers be Successful.” The underlying Core Values of our individual CREW members enable us to succeed in achieving this purpose.

Besides ensuring that every CREW member, and every potential new hire meet our Core Values, the leadership team focus on communicating this Core Purpose at every opportunity – daily huddles, weekly meetings and quarterly company updates.

Additionally, we have quarterly discussions on setting quarterly goals ranging from numerical goals to departmental development and individual development goals. Last but not the least, we regularly celebrate our success within the company.

There are currently 65 employees.

Where are you located?

Our address is 208 West 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC. We are in the heart of Olympic Village and a few steps from the seawall and food trucks!

What is your company goal for the coming year?

This is a really exciting year for our company. We will have two product launches as well as the launch of a developer eco-system, which we expect will drive a larger foot-print of users. Additionally, we will be relocating our office towards the end of this year. But mostly, we are excited to be able to add an additional 10 new CREW members to our team.
