Maximizer’s top-rated tools for contact management, lead management and customer service, along with their dedicated Customer Success and Professional Services teams, give organizations the superb help they need to grow with confidence.

How many employees currently work at your company?

Currently, we have 70 team members in the Vancouver head office and about 100 globally.

Where are you located?

Maximizer’s headquarters is located in a central Yaletown location, a short walk from many trendy downtown Vancouver amenities and right next door to other global tech companies, such as SAP and Microsoft.

Describe the culture at your company.

Maximizer has an amazing and friendly CREW—a creative, responsible and engaged workforce. Employees are encouraged to take ownership and are empowered to try different approaches to achieve results.

What does your leadership team (and company as a whole) do to support/grow that culture?

Our president and management team hold monthly town hall meetings to get everyone up to speed on the latest community news while giving ample room for team members to voice their opinions and have them heard.

Self-development and training are always encouraged within the organization. We provide management development training monthly and training reimbursements up to $1,000/annually. We also host lunch & learns on various topics.
