LNG Studios is an architectural visualization company. We change the way people see the world before it’s built. We do that by communicating through visual technology and are passionate about creating visual solutions that bring ideas to life.

How do you celebrate company or employee wins?
We have profit sharing and budget incentives. We have a memory wall where we write positive messages to each other and we have amazing company lunches, dinners, events, yoga and Christmas parties!
What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
We help our clients visualize the world and their projects before construction takes place. These images are used in marketing for direct customer sales and also by architects, developers and city planners to better understand new constructions and their designs.
What is your biggest milestone to date?
We recently opened our brand new 5000 sq ft custom built office in Yaletown in downtown Vancouver. From a small corner office with 2 employees, we are now 54.
What is your biggest challenge?
Finding the right talent to join our ever expanding team.
What is your motto?
To change the way people see the world.
How are you making an impact?
The results of our work have had a great impact on the design and construction of hundreds of buildings in Canada. As a result, we’re helping to provide to the architecture, design, construction and real estate industries which affect the livelihoods and housing requirements for thousands of Canadians.
What is your hope for the future of tech in BC?
Together we can create an amazing ecosystem with the best talent in the world. We’ll attract world-class clients and have the resources to tackle any problem.

What excites you about your job?
Coming to work each day with my amazing team of coworkers. Also, the look of satisfaction on the clients faces when we knock it out of the park.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome?
Finding the right talent and assembling the right team.
If you can give advice to your 20-year-old self, what would you say?
Keep believing in yourself, you got this!
What are your pet peeves?
Poor communication and not working smart.
Words of wisdom to other tech CEOs or founders?
Talent is key, you can’t do everything yourself. You need the right people who not only get your vision but can take it higher. You shouldn’t be the smartest person in the room.

Tokyo, Japan.
What is your formula for success?
Figure out the process then find the right people to manage and improve upon it.

How do you decompress?
Fitness and staying healthy. When everyone looks up to you, you need to have your act together physically and mentally.
