He has been published in Fast Company and has a passion for building high performing teams and growing leaders that deliver results while staying healthy. He focuses now on investing in and helping coach technology startups so they can effectively scale their business. Prior to Galvanize, Keith led R&D at Vancouver based technology firms: Sage, Pivotal (exit to CDC Software) and Chancery (exit to Pearson).
