In 2022, Simple Strata Solutions expanded its range of innovative services beyond core document management and sales. The company introduced two new offerings: one for Strata Owners and the other for Self-Managed Strata Corporations.

The StrataPress Strata Owners Portal is a user-friendly dashboard-style website that provides Strata Owners with immediate access to their strata records and documents. The platform enables Strata Managers to distribute, archive, and make strata documents available for purchase by Realtors, Lawyers, and Notaries in real-time. Furthermore, Property Management companies can access the Strata Owners portal as a value-added service free of charge, provided that they make the strata documents available for purchase through the StrataPress platform.
