The tech industry is the fastest growing sector in British Columbia, contributing over $14 billion dollars to the GDP and employing more than 90,000 people. However, only a handful of individuals have the know-how to scale a tech startup into a sustainable business that drives economic growth.

Our mission at BC Tech is to ensure high-potential companies are connected to the the province’s leading experts and mentors and have the resources they need to scale. We’ve recently selected six local startups to join our HyperGrowth program in an effort to help these companies accelerate their growth and become BC’s next anchor company.

Our aim is to provide REALTORS® with a team so that they can be everywhere they need to be and have the necessary expertise in all areas. To accomplish this, we have gathered a group of like-minded people with diverse skills and built them amazing tools. This makes things simple, and we believe that simple is better.
	SewerVUE sewervue.com SewerVUE Technology Corp, is a technology and service provider for the global water and waste water pipe infrastructure market. SewerVUE developed pipe penetrating radar (PPR), a revolutionary technology for underground pipe inspection. SewerVUE’s technologies have been successfully used by some of the biggest municipalities in the USA, Canada, France and Hong Kong. The company is based in Burnaby, BC.

The companies will work with seasoned entrepreneurs, executives, mentors, and experts to build their growth engines. They will learn from the best minds at local companies such as BuildDirect, Vision Critical, and Global Relay to build a foundation on which they will be able to scale their businesses.

The BC Tech team, our executives-in-residence, mentors, and subject matter experts spent countless hours deciding which companies would end up being a part of the third HyperGrowth cohort. It was not an easy process and we would like to thank all of the applicants who applied to the program.

We would also like to thank all the EIRs, mentors, and judges for their time and expertise, and of course, our program partners for supporting our mission to create more anchor companies and drive economic growth in our province.
