Software Sales Intern for “it’s here Delivery”

Role Spotlight: As a Software Sales Intern at “it’s here Delivery”, you will play a vital role at the forefront of our growth strategy. Internships are four months long and start in January, May and September of 2024. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled interns who are looking to grow with the company after the internship.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze customer needs and provide the right solution to support their business needs
  • Implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities
  • Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calls, lead sourcing and emails
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support
  • Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each inquiry
  • Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures
  • Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedures
  • Collaborate with various team members to support new account start-ups
  • Working with management to solve problems
  • Provide regular updates and information relating to daily activities and sales status
  • Manage your business prospects and sales by completing weekly tracking sheets
  • Work towards KPIs to ensure that monthly and annual sales targets are achieved
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Introduce and advocate our innovative subscription-based technology to the potential buyers
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate the value of our software to potential clients

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Bonus: Familiar with the software or subscription-based industry
  • Must be able to commute to office located at 8023 Enterprise St., Burnaby, BC.
