The team at Debrand is looking to bring on a Partner Success Manager with strong account management experience to help support the exciting growth of our business. We are a small group of passionate entrepreneurs with over 14 years of experience servicing the apparel and textile industry.

You are an experienced collaborator and have a passion for developing relationships across multiple industries. You naturally develop trusted and consultative relationships that drive strategy and maximize collaboration. You relay on your experience and data to help make intelligent decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are attentive to the details. You’re familiar with the apparel and textile industry and lead with integrity.

As with most entrepreneurial companies, the role may shift and change quickly as we pivot to keep the needs of our clients and partners as a top priority. Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • You will develop and report on key performance indicators and analysis to ensure the continued success of the partnerships
  • Own the Partner’s success by guiding their strategy, and ongoing improvement and execution to ensure that both Debrand and the Partner meet and exceed their applicable performance targets
  • Collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams at all levels (Directors, VP’s and C-level executives)
  • Influence, support and optimize the ongoing improvement of Debrand’s Partner network by guiding decision making and submitting recommendations to promote speed, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Conduct and participate in regular pipeline reviews and strategic quarterly business reviews with partners and directors
  • Directly responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all Partner administrative responsibilities; onboarding, reporting and metrics
  • Drive both Partner and Debrand’s integration, awareness and sensitivity to each entity’s requirements, dependencies, and operations with the objective of complete cross functional transparency and alignment
  • Collaborate with Sustainability teams and strategy teams to ensure compliance standards are met with Partners
  • Identify opportunities that provide both market differentiation of the partner and a growth of Debrand’s business
  • Support key internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and operations
  • Monitor performance of managed partners on Power BI or using other corporate tools and resources
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the specific markets and target audiences of your portfolio to ensure awareness of any key factors potentially influencing a growth or decline
  • Manage the relationships of high profile, sophisticated external collaboration partners
  • Translate partnership and brand/marketing strategy into partner contracts and deliverables
  • Lead the development of executive summaries that outline key engagement, highlight impact and inform future activations and renewal discussions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing partner relationships in a high performing consulting or fashion companies
  • Familiarity with re-use and recycling channels is considered an asset
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams
  • A metrics driven, data analytics and process mindset with the ability to build organizational capability to deliver predictable, repeatable, and scalable partnerships
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability with strong negotiation and prioritization skills
  • You are highly engaged with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high tolerance for ambiguity and comfort with using professional judgement to make recommendations and/or decisions
  • Team-player with a positive attitude who thrives in a global environment, eager to do more and views challenging situations as opportunities
  • Must be able to work in Canada
