Role Description
This is a full-time, mid-to entry-level remote role for a Business Development Generalist. The Business Development Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service. This is a start-up environment with a mix of custom consulting projects and productized offerings for clients.

  1. Business Development
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships and opportunities for growth.
  • Co-develop sales process and maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate and manage booking calls with prospects, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to follow-up.
  1. Customer Onboarding
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing personalized support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to inform product enhancements and improvements.
  1. Social Media and Marketing Support
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and engage with the community through meaningful interactions.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content creation and email campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Market Research skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in B2B Lead Generation
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong critical thinking, creativity, and kindness
  • Experience in the field of market research, qualitative research is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology and other unrelated fields will be considered
