EDP Software CIO Peer Forum

On April 15, 2014, EDP Software was invited by the BCTIA and the CIO Association of Canada to take part in a Dragon’s Den-style product presentation during the annual CIO Peer Forum held in Vancouver, BC.

Absolute Software, ActiveState, Fortinet, Tasktop, and EDP Software each gave their five-minute pitch to the crowd of CIOs and judges. EDP’s CEO Sachin Agrawal gave his SchedulePro pitch to the well receiving crowd. He spoke about the strength of SchedulePro to meet the scheduling needs of organizations with compliance and overtime policy requirements, while optimizing their human capital to stay competitive in a global economy.

A reception followed the product presentations and the companies in attendance were given the opportunity to speak with the CIOs and other forum attendees.

Thanks to the many attendees that came by to introduce themselves and to chat more about how they see SchedulePro fitting in to their organizations. Gaining direct insight from people in EDP’s target market is always very beneficial and helps our company to create an even better product.

Thank you to the BCTIA for organizing events like the CIO Peer Forum presentation session. As an organization you continue to help our company to seek out opportunities to practice our pitch, make new contacts, and meet potential customers.

Thank you to the CIO Association of Canada for the time and effort you spent making the session part of your forum.

We’d also like to congratulate our fellow presenters, Absolute Software, ActiveState, Fortinet, and Tasktop on a job well done!
