CloudBC Invite to Establish Eligibility to Submit IaaS and PaaS

CloudBC is a collaboration of 14 public sector organizations including the Ministry of Technology, Innovation and Citizens Services; regional health authorities and several Crown agencies. CloudBC is administered by government and has been established to support the B.C. public sector’s efforts to adopt modern cloud-based business and technology services.

CloudBC is extending an invitation for cloud service providers to submit responses offering either or both Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and associated cloud professional services in the Privacy and Data Residency category or Low Sensitivity and Public category. Each provider found eligible that enters into a non-exclusive CloudBC Framework Agreement with the Province of British Columbia will have its offer categorized and competitively presented during the term (initially expiring October 31, 2021) through an online catalogue to the Province and other CCIO Entities and potentially other eligible customers in the BC broader public sector as defined in the Invitation.
