BC Tech congratulates the graduates of it’s Spring 2019 Cohort of HyperGrowth and HyperGrowth:Life companies.  The HyperGrowth program is designed for CEOs, founders and executive teams of technology companies wanting to grow annual revenues from $1M+ to $10M+.  Appreciation Engine, Conquer Experience, Molecular You and Locuminity all successfully completed the 6-month program designed to audit, assess and close the gaps that can derail growth. Based on multiple years of cohort experience the program focusses on five critical success factors:

  • Build: Deploy a marketing, sales and customer success organization that can scale
  • Analyze: Implement a company-wide data-driven revenue model of customer acquisition and retention
  • Recruit: Establish people and hiring strategies that strengthen the leadership team and support rapid growth
  • Deliver: Effective communication of goals and expectations with investors and Boards
  • Inspire: Leverage purpose, vision & values to strengthen customer & employee engagement 

HyperGrowth, helps companies grow their revenues, increase staffing and secure investment.  For instance, past participants Creatus Bioscience grew their revenues by 40%, Avenue HQ tripled its staffing and Careteam raised $1.3M in seed investment.

The Life Sciences focussed HyperGrowth:Life program is made possible by support from Genome BC. which supports commercialization for companies developing innovative life science technologies in British Columbia. HyperGrowth was supported by global law firm Norton Rose Fullbright.
