The Answer Company has been named on the 2021 list of Best Workplaces in three different categories! They’ve been awarded the title of Best Place to Work in British Columbia, in Professional Services and for Giving Back. 

The Answer Company has received these honours after a thorough independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. The listings are based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus-or-minus 5% margin of error. 

To be eligible for these lists, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and be headquartered in British Columbia, work primarily in the Professional Services Industry, and have at least 90% of employees feel good about the way their company contributes to the community, respectively. 

Great Place to Work® also determined the best workplaces based on the overall Trust Index score and Community Investment Index score from employees, as well as the range and quality of programs that encourage workplace community investment.
