Hummingbird Interactive develops digital and immersive experiences with a strong narrative heart. We’re not bound to one platform of storytelling but explore XR, digital media, live and hybrid spaces in all shapes and sizes.

We focus on immersive storytelling with an emotional impact, and every project should be accessible to a wide audience, whether they are experienced digital consumers or not. We do this, however, by deliberately choosing smaller platforms and locations, as this gives us the potential to experiment with game- narrative- and experience design. This is why we love things like VRChat, Playdate, audio-only projects, physical locations that can only house 1 player at a time and theatre festivals that welcome digital installations.
