Careteam Technologies Inc. (CTI) is a privately held wholly owned Canadian Corporation based in Vancouver, Canada that established operations Oct 1, 2016. Careteam’s product is a care coordination platform that centers around the patient, so that care teams across systems, including the family care team, can more effectively work together, and deliver on the triple IHI aim of satisfaction, outcomes, and use of resources. Careteam provides all of the information needed to care for the patient in a single location. It increases patient safety and health outcomes by providing the information everyone needs to care for the patient.
