On Nov 18th, the Technology Impact Awards (TIAs) will celebrate eleven award categories and 44 impressive finalists, showcasing the resilience and inspiration of a community coming together during challenging times. BC Tech is thrilled to announce a partnership with Science World as the host venue for the 2021 TIAs awards gala. 

“After such a challenging year, we saw an opportunity to bring the tech community together in celebration at Science World, which is inspiring the next generation of tech leaders” shared Jill Tipping, President & CEO, BC Tech, “On Nov 18th we look forward to celebrating some of the biggest names in tech and bringing the community together for an evening of inspiration.” 

The TIAs celebrate the change makers, the up-and-comers, the innovators, and the bold—those who are transforming our industry and building the fabric of BC’s vibrant tech ecosystem. Included in the 44 TIAs finalists this year are seven of this year’s tech unicorns, including AbCellera, Clio, Copperleaf, Dapper Labs, Galvanize, Geocomply and Thinkific.
