Our good friend Andrew Reid helped us organize another extraordinary get together of the Dirty Dozen (a scraggly band of tech CEOs from the digital and ecom space).

Usually we pick a meaty topic to talk about over drinks and dinner. Last week we dedicated the discussion to culture – how you build it, how you sustain it and how you institutionalize it.

Needless to say, setting the right context was key to a great discussion.

So we called on Jim and our friends at Red Truck Brewing and lined up a fantastic private venue complete with a brewery tour. It made for exactly the right ingredients to talk culture.
