23 Nov 2020 BC Tech Innovation Hub announcement

The BC Tech Association is sad to announce the closure of the BC Tech Innovation Hub at 887 Great Northern Way, effective 30 November 2020.

The Innovation Hub opened in 2014 and provided over 80 startups and growth companies with a place to call home. It was a gathering place for the BC Tech community, hosting thousands of people to workshops, roundtables, educational programs, job fairs and networking events.

BC Tech’s Innovation Hub was funded by the federal government through the Canadian Accelerator and Incubator Program from 2014 to 2019 and then by Western Economic Diversification from 2019 to 2020.

BC Tech will continue to operate in a virtual model to provide information on BC’s Tech sector, to support member events and to provide community programs to grow the pool of tech talent and to advance technology adoption across BC, especially with small business.
