Program to Build Capacity of BC’s Technology Industry by Helping Entrepreneurs Grow Larger Companies
Tuesday, March 27, 2012 – The B.C. Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) announced today a funding commitment from Discovery Foundation in the amount of $87,500.00, in support of the BCTIA Centre4Growth Program.
“This is an important investment in our companies and our economy, as the best way to create high-paying sustainable jobs is to help businesses grow,” said President & CEO Bill Tam. “We are committed to the delivery of Centre4Growth services to tech companies with the desire to build solid mid to large-sized companies in British Columbia.”
The Discovery Foundation has engaged the BCTIA Center4Growth as their agent to support the success of entrepreneurs and their technology companies since 2010. Centre4Growth helps tech entrepreneurs increase revenues, expand into new markets, negotiate deals, assess opportunities and accelerate growth.
