BC Tech Board Chair Announcement

BC Tech is pleased to announce Rich Osborn as its new Board Chair.  

An experienced entrepreneur, investor and executive, Rich is the Managing Partner at RecapHealth Ventures and is an investor and/or advisor to leading Canadian public and private organizations such as Canadian Tire Corporation, Alayacare, League and Radical Ventures as well as a number of BC Based companies such as Klue, Impro.AI, Ecoation, LifestyleRx and Nicola Wealth. 

Previously, Rich was President and Managing Partner of TELUS Ventures, Canada’s most active corporate venture capital fund and was named one of the Top 100 Corporate Venture Capital Investors in the world four years in a row. Throughout his career, he has focused on social impact intensive verticals such as digital health and more recently, climate technology. Rich was also a co-founder of SVP Vancouver a leading partner led organization supporting local non profits.
