Accenture Business Services for Utilities is the largest provider of outsourced Customer Care, Technology and Business Services to utilities in North America, operating multiple call centres 24/7 across five time zones, producing 50 million bills and conducting 30 million meter readings annually. We have a diverse, highly specialized employee-base of 3300 located in 15 offices, and in a short time have expanded from one Canadian market to manage a present number of nine clients across North America.
