myCareBase offers a tech-enabled marketplace that connects pre-vetted home care workers with clients who are seeking home support for an aging family member. We have an integrated platform that helps customers find, hire and monitor the ongoing services through a care management app that allows for task delegation, oversight and communication.
We are seeking an intern to help with our recruiting and matching process, using our tech that we’ve built in-house and providing feedback on the process while helping current and new clients with their needs. The person in this role will monitor the candidates going through the vetting process and use our system to help clients find suitable matches.
Depending on the specific skillset and experience of the successful candidate, there will be other projects available during the internship.

The job is 20 hours a week, with the hours flexible depending on the candidate’s other work priorities. Let’s work together to improve the lives of seniors in our community!
