The Cube is best for growth-stage tech companies with teams of up to 10 people.

Unfortunately, we only accept VR/MR/AR companies as tenants in The Cube.

You can rent a private office from $900 per month. Dedicated desks are $400 per month, both include all Hub amenities.

Yes! We rent out our meeting rooms and the event spaces to everyone, however there is a discount for our members. Our event space can accommodate:

-20 people classroom style

-40 people theater style

-75 people standing

To become a tenant of The Cube, you have to be a member of the BC Tech Association. Please email dcorreia@wearebctech.com to book a tour to see if The Cube is the space for you.

Of course! We offer dedicated broadband access to tenants, as well as guest access for those visiting The Cube. See the BC Tech Community coordinator on site for passwords.
